A BRIEF HISTORY OF MY ART
I am a teacher and artist living in the Wairarapa, New Zealand.
With a background in science and mathematics, I use aspects of this to interpret the wonderful land and life forms that Aotearoa, New Zealand is home to.
I paint in a variety of styles and media and enjoy including both detailed and stylised interpretations within a piece.
My portrait work includes elements that are either important, or reflect aspects of the subject and is often an opportunity to include some of the plant life found here in New Zealand.
